One more dawn, one more sunset
The room is quiet at the hour when daylight begins to leave. A few books remain on the table, a glass catches the last warm reflection, and the open window lets evening air move through the curtain. Someone stays close to a life that has become fragile. Nothing is said aloud.
Outside, the sky keeps changing. Blue gives way to gold, the water holds the sun for a few more minutes, and the distant hills darken one after another. Every colour beyond the window becomes an argument: one more dawn should still be seen; one more sunset should still be allowed to arrive.
Reason can repeat every necessary truth, yet the heart refuses the conclusion for today. It asks for a day, then a week, perhaps a month — any small continuation that can still contain light, air and the familiar world.
No miracle is announced. The future remains unknown. But the window is open, the evening continues, and the beloved presence is still here. For now, that is enough for the thought to return once more: live, just live.
A plea carried by trumpet and winds
The music begins with restraint, but not with passivity. A clear trumpet call rises from the stillness, and answering wind lines gather around it. Their role is not ceremonial or heroic: they turn a solitary impulse into a shared and deeply personal appeal.
A darker passage draws the energy inward and allows weariness and uncertainty to be felt. When the central idea returns, it is not merely louder. It is more direct, more piercing and more difficult to ignore.
